04 — Table
Your food, our bowl.
We do not cook for your animal. The bowl is ours. What goes in it is what you sent.
Meals are the owner’s food. Pack enough for every meal of the stay, and one extra day in case collection slips inside desk hours. Write the animal’s name on the pack, and write the hours. We put that food in a clean bowl at those hours. We do not swap in a house recipe. We do not add a supplement. We do not decide that a different food would be better.
If your veterinarian has you feeding a particular food, you may send that food. We serve it as you packed it. We do not prepare a veterinary diet, we do not mix one, and we do not change the amount because we think we know better. If the pack runs out, we call you. We do not substitute.
We do not give medicines. If an animal needs a clinic during the dates you have in mind, this is not the right house for that stay. Say so before you ask for the room. The vaccine booklet is separate: we look at it at check-in, and we do not keep a copy of it on this website.
The board is only how the morning is laid out once the packaging is off. Nothing on it is a menu we sell. Cats and dogs are fed in their own rooms, from their own packs, so a bowl is never shared and a packet is never guessed at.
If a pack is not labelled, we ask you before we serve it. Until you answer, that animal waits on water only for as short a time as it takes to reach you. This is why the phone number on the request has to be one you answer.
Bring the food when you arrive. Do not post it ahead unless the desk has agreed a day, because a parcel at a quiet desk on Saturday will sit until Sunday.
