Cookies

One cookie, after you choose.

Until you accept or reject, we do not set a cookie. There is no second cookie waiting behind the banner.

A cookie is a short note a site asks your browser to keep. This site is a set of pages for Sand Terrace Ltd. (סאנד טרס בע״מ). It does not measure an audience and it does not sell advertising.

The cookie

st_consent
Essential
Set only after you press Accept or Reject non-essential. The value is the word accepted or the word rejected. It lasts 180 days. It is a first-party cookie, path /, SameSite Lax. Its only job is to remember that choice so the banner stays away.

If the browser refuses cookies, the same word is kept in local storage on your device, under the key st_consent. This site has no server of its own to send that word to. Local storage is not a cookie, but it is the same choice, stored in the browser.

Rejecting non-essential cookies records the rejection and sets nothing else. Accepting records the acceptance and sets nothing else. The two buttons differ in what we write down. They do not turn a tracker on or off, because there is no tracker on these pages.

What we do not use

WhatsApp opens only if you send a stay note, in a separate service. That is not a cookie of this website. The privacy notice describes what the note contains, under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 in force on 14 August 2025.

You can delete st_consent in the browser’s site settings. Deleting it brings the banner back the next time you open a page. You can also refuse cookies entirely in the browser. The pages still read.
